At Veikous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
